Known as the "perfume island" for its frangipani and coffee plantations, this island near Madagascar harbors a great wealth of flora. It has inspired KOMBA, a canvas woven with wide raffia fibers, available in four natural tones. Produced from a palm tree native to Madagascar, raffia is a textile fiber manufactured from its leaves. Recyclable and biodegradable, raffia lends itself perfectly to the simplicity of the weave.
