Description:
Hina Dolls - Emperor is an exquisite piece of Haute Porcelain, delicately and meticulously decorated, inspired by an ancestral Japanese tradition. A piece destined to become a true family heirloom. This emperor reproduces one of the main figures of the Hina ningyo, a composition of characters that are placed on a stage and given to girls in Japan every 3rd March, on the Hina Matsuri festival, to ensure them a happy life. This limited series, which pays attention to the smallest detail to the attire worn by the emperors of the Japanese court during the Heian period, forms a pair with Hina Dolls - Empress. On a decorative level, the reproduction of the richness of the fabrics stands out, with embroidery in the image of traditional Japanese fabrics, simulating damask silk, which makes the piece a small jewel. In terms of its richness of colour, this creation goes beyond the classic Lladró palette and presents more intense colours. The dark colour of the dress and the details of the decoration in three shades stand out, applied by hand in a painstaking process to make them stand out against such an intense background.
