Description:

Sculpture of a large seated Buddha, executed in three different finishes. The mudra that he performs with his right hand directed towards the earth is key to understand the piece. 01012524 (earth) is made in stoneware with glazes of natural earth colours. 01012525 (orange) is made in white porcelain, with bright colours of intense metallic blue and saffron orange, like an oriental monk. 01012526 (golden) is made in white porcelain but enhanced with golden lustre on the blue mantle, following an inspiration based on the ancient images of Asian temples.
