New velour carpet that can be used as a wall-to-wall or bordered carpet. It is made from wool and silk and offers a brighter alternative to the Burnham carpet in pure wool. This product is primarily intended for the marine industry and markets where a more lustrous finish is preferred. Flame retardant, certified in Europe, it can also receive additional special treatments to meet stricter certification requirements. It is woven on a Wilton loom, which means that the pile and backing are woven together for extra strength. Delamere is incredibly soft and comfortable, as well as beautifully flexible. It comes in the same palette of shades as the Burnham rug.
