REFLEX

The safe strips of Reflex rise above the base of flat fabric of the fabric, resembling 10 cm wide embroidery strips executed in a slightly irregular thread. This rich and soft wool yarn leaves patches of the base color visible through the fabric, resulting in a sense of depth and complexity in its color. The broad strip and clean edges is both boldly graphic and eye-catching.By creating the strip of Reflex, the designer Raf Simons was inspired by the festive sea strip in the upholstery used for the Seggiovia chair of Franco Albini in the 1940s, the use of stripes by the artist Daniel Buren in his architectural interventions and the long heritage of broad stripes in high fashion. The color combinations of Reflex are based on all these sources of inspiration, offering both bold and subtle variations. At the most graphic end of the range, you will find a base of yellow fronacle with a pointed strip of camel color, a dark orange with a firefighter red and the clean white graph burst on black. The combinations of subtle tone colors on tone include coal, graphite, cream and pale grey. Strange fibers can appear in light colors.The Reflex strip goes from the edge to the ring.
